 Kinsmen Learn to Play. Dec
5 2012, Jan 30, Feb 6, Feb 27 2013 | 6:15pm (*arrive 5:30) - 7:45pm | Location: Capital News Centre (4105 Gordon Dr., Kelowna)
Open to all kids ages 5 and up. This is a great opportunity for first time kids to "kick the tires" of lacrosse and try out the game in a fun, low intensity atmosphere, where they can learn the fundamentals from certified coaches on scooping, cradling, catching, throwing and shooting.
Cost: FREE (NO CHARGE)
Equipment: Players should have their own lacrosse or hockey helmuts (with face cage),
gloves (hockey o.k.) and an athletic supporter (jock/jill). Some additional sticks will be on hand for those that do not have a lax stick. If you do have a stick, please bring it with you!
Note: In person registration is also available during these sessions, January 30, Feb 6 and Feb 27
16th Annual Top Guns Lacrosse Camp: April 7 | 10am - 3pm | Norval Arena, Armstrong
Novice - Midget (registration flyer): Learn the fundamental skills and strategy of lacrosse (shooting to score, win loose balls, beat your man, play as a team..)
Cost: $50 - Novice, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget (goalies 1/2 price)
